"I don't like the salary and benefits as it is under what the going rate is for an IT major with a Bachelor's Degree"

"Mismanaged political environment. Directors have little to no knowledge of IT yet believe they know your job better than you."

"Resign. Allow younger more knowledgable person to take over and respond to the responsibility to the public."
