Submit a Review"I love that we are trying scrum. But we don't really practice it well. We've had too many scrum masters leave since they were apparently frustrated. We lost talented developers. Layoffs are always a concern and so we always felt vulnerable. I love being able to choose what work I engaged on, but we are always being hit with constant production fixes that take us away from our "sprint" stories/goals. Management again is a problem. They lack any real leadership. OceanX isn't really any better than it was as "Guthy-Renker" (it's still Guthy-Renker no matter what you call it)."

"At first, all of it. Then, I completed my critical tasks, and I was laid off. Two guys took my place."

"CEO and the HS Principal were unfair. They said they wanted champagne technology on a Zima budget."

"I would have tot ell them to just, Get a clue!"

"It is a small company with a family atmosphere among the employees"

"If considering a position with this company consider carefully your relationship to the owners of the company. They are good people if you do not get caught in the crossfire."
What don't you like about working at MB Research Labs?
"There was discord among the owners of the company with one owner trying underhanded tricks against the other owners"

"Resolve the issues between the owners before things get completely out of hand"

"Really check out the department before accepting a position there. Most departments dealing with any type of finances are miserable to work for."
