"Always free yourself enough for additional projects, those are the ones that get you furthest."

"I did not always feel appreciated. Politics made work more tedious/complicated than it had to be."

"The leadership team needs to focus and allow more for employee development career-wise and personally."

"It was a loose group. The work did get done when it was reqauired or necessary, but there were much down time associated with numerous projects."

"I was assigned out of the office at a high profile client then left to flounder for myself even when I inquired about transfers and re-assignment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"grow some balls when dealing with your clients, don't AGREE to anything wiothout bouoncing it off people who know how much work it actually is to get something done or even if the resources are available. DIVERSIFY you job base and revise you employee contracts to include performance reviews that REWARD good employees"

"Getting facilities upgraded and/or built."
What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?
"Ability and proven track record doesn't necessarily get you promoted. US Government does not compensate engineers fairly as compared with the rest of the Government workforce."

"None that would be acknowledged by them."

"Professional, co-operative, responsible, accountable people who enjoyed their work and were well paid with good benefits. Unfortunately, there is little tolerance for weak profits in these profit driven commodities industries."

"Management's knee-jerk reaction to Wall Street analysts typically results in spotty to large scale reduction in employment for domestic operations while operations in China continue to grow."
