"I love to do things by my hands and brain from zero. It is exciting. But I hate gossips and intrigues in this field. It is like show business sometimes."
"Communication is challenging. Finding a consensus between all stakeholder can at times be a challenge even in the most simple product. You have to love navigating the turbulence and working within a high speed industry. Negotiation skills are key. Sales skills are critical."
"I love design. Think without it, everything has no real meaning. if you see anything in this world, there was a plan for it. It came from some sort of designed aspect or idea. I love how ideas, sketches, model making and research can all come together to form a final product that the world could use. The downside of it is to me, is that it just doesn't always seem to be recognized as something that is vital for the improvement of human society."

What do you like about working at Bleck Design Group?
"I liked working with the other designers. It made things a little competitive for me. I wanted to do a better job then them. It also gave me a chance to learn different techniques from them."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Knowing Alias and/or SolidWorks is a plus. Being able to draw, carve, build, paint, clean, and design is good too."

"The fact that it was contract only, so I was only there for a couple projects."

"Listen to your employees when there are real issues, and be specific not vague."
