What do you like about working at ikaSystems?
"I am looking for new work as this is streesful and many promises made but not made to come true. I was told to work all hours or go back to my country."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Expect to be there a long time waiting for your interview. I see people waiting hours to interview and then not talking with the right people. Very disrespectful and shows attitude to you when you work to."
What don't you like about working at ikaSystems?
"Everything is a nightmar from working on weekends to many hours and no training, too much control from one person not my supervisor. I want to find another job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire them and make new ones get training to know there jobs and treat people correctly. Take worker complaining more earnestly. My boss has little knowledge about our field."
