"IHG is a great company. However InterContinental Buckhead Executive Leadership needs a lot of improvement. The Executive Directors don't listen to the employees nor support the employees and this is unfortunately why the property is continually dropping on tripadvisor.com and why the property has unsatisfying guest satisfactory scores."
