"A very political incorrect environment. The staff are wonderful however, the owner does not allow his team to perform to the ability they can due to his micro managing, and constant redirection or goals. This is a very loose environment, and laid back. I suggest any type of pay talk be put in writing, to include all raises, the time line of them and any bonus amounts and time line of them.Over all a good place to learn the environment with a very knowledgeable team."
