in Rtp, NC

What do you like about working at IBM?

"I worked with some of the most talented people in the world including myself. It was great see the public use our products and our customers wanting to buy our product. I love working in development, test / quality organization and then go into technical sales. I love to demonstrate to customers why our products were better. The pay was good at first but soon commission pay was dissolved."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"How it transformed the retirement and medical away from the employees but still gave the executives all of the benefits. How IBM and other companies look at America worked as a commodity. They moved a lot work overseas for cheap labor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, they would not listen anyway."
