"Act and be confident. If hired, you will have a good experience."

"Job security/offshore outsourcing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Settle into a working model for outstanding service and delivery. Quit changing your model so frequently. For all levels of management, focus on competence in getting the job done, and less on politics. How a manager interacts with his/her team and customer should be more important than how he/she interacts with their hierarchy."

"IBM GBS took my program management experience to new heights by providing large, global, challenging, visible, and critical assignments."

"Have depth in the industry. Newbies won't survive. It takes more than a paper certificate to deliver in this organization."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Being a Road Warrior wears one thin after 5 years and is not for the stay at home family man."

"Try and balance better rotation between work at home assignments and travel assignments."
