What do you like about working at IBM?

"Not much anymore. IBM has really gone down hill and they don't care about there employees anymore."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"They stopped caring about the employees. Too much process and expected to work way to many hours. No raises, no education, very little bonus money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop killing the company with bad process."
