"Being exposed to a older, professional environment... I was the youngest person in the company by an average of 10+ years!"

"Must be willing to put in long hours."
What don't you like about working at Hy-Tek?
"Company that was stuck in the 80's! The methods were outdated, management outdated, buildings and equipment outdated. Company was struggling financially and since I was in charge of payroll and accounting, it was very stressful at times."
