"I have to say this is the nicest and best stress-free environment I have ever worked. The people who work there have worked there for 10+ years and not only do people not leave; when they retire, they come back to work as consultants. Management is a little hands-off and that can cause some communication issues but nothing major and the company seems to be moving in the right direction. Technology-wise, they are 5+ years behind."
