"Give workers time to pursue side-projects that could be developed into real products. Ensure marketing and upper management understand the importance of quality and due-diligence."

"You can't judge anyone with an interview of 2 3 hours."

"I can't work in a company where there is politics and leg pulling."

"I would suggest them to have good HR department and make relaxed working environment."

"If you are age 40+, HP will hire you if they are in dire need of your experience, but your years there are numbered. You will be the first to be laid off down the road because of your age."

What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?

"Racism, age discrimination, they do not appreciate good work. I personally think they use and dump people. They outsource jobs a lot outside the USA and leave you in limbo, which is rather unfair."
