"I was hired into Hot Topic Inc. in February 2016 under the Torrid umbrella. Although it could be stressful due to large workloads, I loved the work environment in general. Due to some changes within the company, I was moved to a different department before moving over to Hot Topic and BoxLunch. I enjoyed my time there, was able to learn a lot and succeeded in nurturing a lot of skill sets. However, there was not a lot of growth available and I reached a dead end in terms of career advancement."
"I've found the IT organization to be young and in need of a major change in SDLC."
