"The salary is competitive but we are asked to put in at least 55 hours a week which is checked up on by district staff. You also take a phone with you wherever you go and are constantly answering emails, phone and text even on your days off. Bonuses can be good depending on the year and how well you are liked by your SM or DM. Yearly bonuses are based on metrics as well as discretionary funds. Most I've received in a year end bonus is around 30k plus stock equalling about 12k. Mid year bonuses typical of around 20k but no stock."
