"I was put in the front end, and I was unable to transfer to the floor to gain more experience in other departments. I was unaware of this when I was hired."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest with new employees, and tell them if the position they are hired for is one that they are stuck in and do not have opportunity for transfer."
