"I like going on appointments and helping the homeowner. I like finding a way to accomplish the needs of the homeowner. I like working in the store and with the associates to make your job more satisfying."

"Consider this position temporary until you find a real JOB."

"I dislike trusting the order written is what the homeowner will have installed, trusting the $ commission earned will result in $ commissions paid, and sales managers degrading your sales efforts and injecting what they would have done (what a joke)."

"Get rid of sales managers between the branch manager and the sales consultant. Or, put experienced people in the position who have respect for the system and the people who are working for them."

"I would suggest more interaction when dealing with issues."

"Pay for expenses and place on a small salary, as currently the only winner is The Home Depot, and that is WRONG!"
