"I have worked for Heritage Oaks Bank since 2011. The bank has gone through a dramatic reorganization and the focus has shifted to maximizing profitability. Retail level employees are not sufficiently compensated in correlation to the workload after a workforce realignment was initiated under the guise of improving "efficiency". The overall environment at the retail level is one of being overextended and weary. Lack of communication has been a recurring issue."
