"You had privacy. The clients you worked with were all respectful, decent folk. My work hours were scheduled around my class schedule."

"Bring a copy of your class schedule. Stay professional and friendly."

What don't you like about working at Questeq?

"The office was dark and you felt shut away in your cubicle. Also, it's a very small company with no room for advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide more incentives and more opportunities for coworkers to get to know one another."

"The hours and pay scale were fine back then."

"The new forced changes by Microsoft to the companies management had a lot to be seen."

"It gave me the opportunity to increase my skill set and troubleshooting skills"

"Look else where as the enviroment is less than professional."

What don't you like about working at En Pointe Technologies?

"Certain employees in the call center are lackadaisical and not willing to help when asked. Once again, those same employees spend too much outside smoking cigarettes and using IM to send homosexual messages on a regular basis. Certain employees love to find a computer that was supposedly locked so they can send homosexual messages using that persons computer, then laugh like hell when the employee comes back. It is not a professional environment. Some of the senior engineers, project manager and senior operations manager set employees up in a no win situations with other employees and then ask them to lie."
