  "Pros: Extremely supportive company culture. They want everyone to succeed and they do their best to check in with you and ensure you have the support and resources you need to succeed. Cons: Pay + benefits could have been a bit better for the amount of work and stress that goes into being a recruiter. All in all, would 100% recommend working at MedPro's!"

  "The majority of the culture as a whole is good, but the politics and favoritism are not. I have no issue with accepting ownership of my mistakes but wasn't a fan of being blamed for disconnects or gaps in other depts for those that wouldn't take ownership of their mistakes. Also not a fan of being singled out and humiliated amongst peers on topics that should be discussed privately or my work being rolled over to someone else to take my commissions on. If you're a favorite from a political standpoint, your very catered to and hello on a pedestal. If you are not, then it'll be a completely opposite experience. Compensation is good, but you're always on call and lacking work/life balance."
