"The management seemed to care more about appearances than reality. They masked bad news and created good. They managed by intimidation and rumor. Competent work was ignored, but deception and manipulation was rewarded, and it seemed to be the corporate mindset rather than just an individuals behavior."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Insist on verifiable performance. Punish deception. Reward competency. Change the corporate culture to one of honesty and openness where one isn't afraid to report digressions without repercussions."
