What do you like about working at Haggai Institute?

"The people are wonderful. I greatly value the friendships I made there and still keep in touch with many of my former co-workers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are not a conservative person (in dress, speech, attitude, etc), this might not be the environment for you."

What don't you like about working at Haggai Institute?

"At the time, my manager was out a good bit through no fault of his own. However, this resulted in many long nights and early mornings with no compensation. At one point I asked if I could come in an hour later the following day after working until very late in the evening and the request was denied."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to all ideas, no matter who they come from. Also, in technology, there is leading edge and there is bleeding edge. When it comes to Microsoft's operating systems and office applications, you should never upgrade until at least service pack 1 has come out--if not service pack 2. It is crazy to upgrade before all of the bugs have been worked out."
