Gurosoft Games Employee

"As a Games Programmer at Gurosoft, I found the work culture to be relaxed and friendly, but the salary was not up to the mark compared to other companies in the same industry. The company offered a good work-life balance and flexible working hours, but the pay was not commensurate with the experience and skillset required for the job."

Programmer

"Dear Sir, I'm Daniel Rayos, a young developer of videogames, with a career about design and developing videogames. I hope to receive the opportunity to do business with you. I believe that I'm the perfect employer to this role and I'm going to explain why. I have been working on my own projects and brand last almost 2 years, being self-taught to improve and learn more. I have finished some games, released on Play Store, but I have some more projects in process. I have worked in an Indie Studio, Altivasoft from Spain, and working together with a team, developing a videogame with SCRUM methodology. I'm a good Game Designer and a programmer. I'm programming every day, currently with c# and Unity, then I understand well the code lines, optimizations etc. Also, when I was student, every year I joined in different game jam, doing some little game in a group. I love games, I prefer to think in a new idea, and develop it than play games. Here I leave a link with other different projects. I understand different programming languages also. https://happyrayos.com/personal.php?lg Here I leave a Link with my different projects. All I develop for myself, since idea to publish it, then I was a bit limited to make a big games. https://happyrayos.com/juegos.php I believe that this would be a great opportunity to be able to show my skills. My qualities are very suitable for your company: I'm perfectly able to work in groups, very productive, even under-pressure and I'm self-taught. I would like to thank you in advance for considering this application. I'm convinced that it would be very useful for us to meet for an interview (via Skype for example) to explain any further details you may like to know about my experience. I'm freedom to travel and live there or via remote how you wish."
