"My boss was amazing and everyone I worked with were incredibly helpful. It means a lot when a boss also has the technical knowledge and also liked to work in the weeds to help solve a problem! The only downside is the pay, The techs did not get the pay they should have had. This was not in my boss's control as it was up to the school district which underpaid its employees."
