"Small team and the work is extremely challenging. I have to hands-on on everything. I have to learn new things on your own daily which helps me to learn things quickly. I usually have direct contact with customers and communicate with them daily to make their needs easier."

"Just because a person do not have all the requirements that were specified on the job description that doesn't mean that person won't be able to do the job."
What don't you like about working at Global AirWorks?
"The management personnel are not hands-on and with very little technical knowledge and extremely unorganized."

"Have more review session and meeting session on technical and project."
