What don't you like about working at Genentech?
"HR definitely needs more resources to address the shear volume of applications.Not much of a corporate image outside of the biotech world. They could definitely toot their horn more for all the things they have accomplished."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Remove the silos that limit departmental growth. Define the structure. There are too many QA legs, engineering legs, compliance legs and hence a lack of good communication sometimes."

"Great company to work for but went from 12,000 employees to 92,000 employees. Not as easy to know everyone and feel like you have an impact."
