What do you like about working at Costco?
"Great benefits, decent pay for doing minor labor, and Costco is expanding so advancement is available. Also, Costco makes school schedules a priority and will work with you to try to accommodate if they can."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make providing member service, being a team player, and a positive committed attitude the basis of your interview."
What don't you like about working at Costco?
"The cons include dealing with rude members, working in the heat/ rain, and having to work weekends. At busy times, Costco can be a very stressful job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Managers must work 9 to 10 hour days without overtime or bonuses. They do get a fair salary."

"Flexible Hours, fun coworkers, I met some pretty cool people while working there."

"Poor pay, not allowed to accept tips, friendly but inept managment"

"Worry less about decorating for holidays and more about ordering the drinks that we were always out of."
