"I have been with Fusion Ranch for a short time. I am on salary and in the first 2 months I worked there, there was absolutely no life balance. The job I was offered and accepted I don't do. I do enjoy the staff I work with on a daily basis. I would give this employer 2 stars. I know the work environment could be better."
