"Having to work on your orders from start to finish. Most ASI Distributors have staff to handle orders after the sales reps wrote them up were handled by inside staff. When you have 33 opens orders in a month, you spend the majority of your time following up with vendors, decorators, and the customer. Not enough time to dell, which hurt my sales."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be honest and continue being the best company that they can be, Add the adaquate amount of staff to due the service portions of the orders."
