"Do research regarding the company as well as the parent. Understand that it is a small company owned by a massive international corporation."

"Not great communication with my direct manager. Tools to help me best perform my job are lacking"

"Young management is growing into their roles learning as they go. My advice would be to hire more senior developers to lead a strong young team that could use better direction."

"Run the other way, there are plenty of other tech companies in the area."

What don't you like about working at FreeCause?

"Management is the worst part of FreeCause, they are unmotivated and that has begun to seriously affect employee morale."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make sure Management was capable of delivering a unified message to employees. Management at FreeCause is absolutely a disgrace, most are solely out for themselves and do the bare minimum to get by."
