"Exciting work! But horrible mismanagement of people/resources/money."

What do you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"Exciting projects are there if you can get on them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Avoid being turned into a specialized cog that only works in LM process machine. Once you become that cog it is very difficult to advance and try new things out/grow."

What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"Management hides behind process and procedures and doesn't make decisions... would rather wait til the last minute and cluge a solution... then blame the workers for not performing and ask for more money from customer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get your chain of command straightened out. You are way too top heavy. Also I think they forget the true meaning of their own slogan, We never forget who we work for. (Hint: it's not stock holders.)"

What do you like about working at Miami University?

"I was a student; I made my own hours, and was for the most part able to choose my work. 90% involved embedded systems and/or FPGAs."

What don't you like about working at Miami University?

"Most of the professors are complacent. Its hard to be excited about one's work when the boss doesn't care."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be forthcoming about expectations & I will not let you down.Let me work."
