"Worked for Fossil HQ as a contractor for just over 1 year. Young and hip company culture that reflects current fashion trends. Just over 1,000 employees at HQ. Great benefits such as a gym, cafe and wellness incentives."
"My work at Fossil was great. I worked on the digital marketing team. The corporate environment was fantastic (at least on the digital marketing side of things) and very collaborative. It was hard to get things approved at times but that is like any large corporation. Unfortunately, we had to move out of state so that is why I left the company."
"I worked for Fossil Inc. on contract and found it to be a great place to be employed. The other developers and managers were all very friendly and I learned some new tactics for developing UI/UX that I had not dug into previously but now keep in mind on projects since that time and plan on updating sites I still have access to in order to give the users the best experience, even though I am no longer being paid. I am a team player and will be so as long as there is no conflict of interest."
"Growth experience"

"Ask for all you want now, because you won't get it later. When I was hired I asked for a certain income level that they said was too high. They paid me 2k less than I asked for. It took the company 3 pay raise cycles to get my salary as high as I asked for in the first place."

"I hate the micromanagement, the absence of career growth opportunities, the complete lack of internal promotions, good ol' boys network, the dishonest managers (who tell you what you want to hear, but do exactly the opposite), the impossible performance reviews and empty promises, being treated like a robot, the lack of respect from managers down to employees, decisions being made without input from those who are affected by them, the HR department which only protects itself, etc. I could go on forever."

"Listen to my employees, encourage them to improve their skills, promote managers from within the company instead of looking to the outside the company all the time."
