"seek employment elsewhere if at all possible. if you have to work here then fine but work only until you find employment elsewhere."

"no benefits, boss too controlling, teamwork punished environment of distrust the mgt spying on employees all the time on cameras even in the woods"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"encourage more teamwork and reward inititive and hard work. stop encouraging employees to work against one another. it is counterproductive."

"Too much politics in management. I felt trapped because I was a strong producer rather than a politician. I should have advanced rather than becoming stuck at my level."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management was far too top heavy and detached from local day to day operations, when I worked there."
