"Onsite management and co-workers, great location. Work environment was relaxed but with a strong sense of purpose. Over all a great place to work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"None as they are not hiring for any departments right now."
What don't you like about working at First Advantage?
"The constant sense of foreboding due to corporate management being disconnected. This created an environment where even on site management were nervous since even they were not being included in decisions regarding the company until after the decisions had been made."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Tell corporate to pull their fingers out and give at least local management a heads up as to what is potentially happening in the local locations."

"Atmosphere, co-workers, location, lack of micro management. Management does listen and makes every attempt to ensure employees are in on what is happening with the company. Overall a great place to work."

"None as they are reducing staff and haven't been actively hiring for many months now."
What don't you like about working at First Advantage?
"There wasn't anything I didn't like about working there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to be more forthcoming with real information regarding the health of the company to reduce the shock of surprise layoffs."
