"It's a brand with a lot of young employees that keep the brand young at heart."

"The people who are currently employed here are very comfortable with where they are at, and because they are pretty young, it seems as though everyone will be where they are for a good while. Not a great outlook if you're looking for career advancement unless you come in at entry-level."

"The company is very stuck in their ways and is more than uncomfortable with the new or unknown"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a more team-based system and pay more attention to my team."

"They have a nice office, travel is good, Mac computer"

"depends on personality of person. might be great , but usually the illusion wears off after 2-3 months"
What don't you like about working at Aldo Group?
"I already told you. More respect for creatives, less hypocrisy"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give creatives more respect/pay, judge less on appearance and more on background degrees and quality. Get rid of the useless overpaid execs, less hypocrisy and nepotism"

"the drive. I live in SF Valley. It was brutal"

"offer telecommuting at least twice a month"
