"The working conditions were often times very physically difficult for my staff and myself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be prepared to work in several different environments including on the hospital floors near sick patients."

"ask what medication you are been administerd and let your doctor know to do a bllod test if any doudt"

"security doent' care much about who goes in and out and who works there I hade my freind mail torn open to be stolen and I reported it and security did nothing not even a report I was also over dose on medication I believe they gave me to much or may have giving me something different I could not keep awake the next day"

"they need to oversee all personel to asure their job's get done correctly"

"Fast paced, time sensitive adrenaline rush."

"If they like fast pace, multi tasking, huge responsibility w/o minding low salary then this is a great company to work."

"Management earns less than hourly employees."

"JUST IF YOU WANT TO WORK HERE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR GOAL IS PATIENTS SATISFACTION. AND EVERY THING ELSE WILL FALL IN PLACE."

"WELL, I CANT SAY REALLY NOTHING I DONT LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT WESTSIDE REGIONAL. BECAUSE I WORKED FOR THE HOSIPTAL TWICE IN MY LIFE. AND THE ONLY REASON I LEFT IS BECAUSE FOR MORE INCOME. FOR MY FAMILY."

"JUST CONTINUE TO SHINE. AND ALLWAYS LISTEN TOYOUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES TO HELP YOU SHINE."
