"Same as the last always be open and honest about everything you do,so if you do something the boss doesn't like it won't be as bad for you own up to your mistakes not cover them up."

"Tha cold winters being outside shoveling the snow. The fact that we seem to do roof repair in the winter instead of the spring really didn't seem like the right time to do that."

"Open up the chance for staff to advance and give them more money to beable to buy Insurance being they didn't give it to you."
