"I've worked for FIrstCare since 2007 and I've found the company to be pretty good. There is a lot of change in top management which is pretty distracting. My co-workers are great. I would recommend that the company stop trying to treat all of its workers as the same person and to enhance the flexibility employees have in order to get their job done."
