"First Federal Bank has an amazing teller training program, which gave me a solid foundation to build on my banking career upon. Branch manager, Carmen Morse, was very flexible with my working scheduled to accommodate my school schedule."

"First Federal Bank is a stable organization, that offers good benefits, promotes within and promotes a lot of women. Do your research and find out if the culture and the philosophy the bank are for you."

"First Federal Bank was a good company to work for. I dont remember there being anything I didnt like while working there."

"First Federal Bank was the first stepping stone in my banking career, which began twelve years ago. I dont have any suggestions for the company at this time."

"Distance, but that was the least I have traveled for any job. So is really not to much of a dislike. Vary rarly got a Saturday off."

"The senior management team in entrenched, has no idea how to manage the changing environment, and is not open to new ideas and solutions."

"It was tied tightly to the economy and therefore when the economy turned down, your job was in jeopardy."

"Kind of cheap when it came to innovation and ideas from the front line workers. Long vestment term. Lack of communication with the group in which I worked."
