"I began working at Garfield & Hecht in the summer of 2019. As the firm administrator- I wore many hats. The office is clean and the staff is cordial. Business processes and job descriptions are not well defined, which led to confusion. The back end of the website was a mess so client payments were often delayed- causing further frustration. Overall, you will learn a lot working here but I do feel additional support staff is necessary."
