"I really enjoy working with the various equipment and the constant challenge of farming. Every day brings a new challenge."

"Mainly, to just be yourself and be willing to be flexiable."

"Because it is a family farm, the benefits are not there."

"Honestly, they are very well run and managed. I have offered simple time saving suggestions in the past and they have implmented those that were practical for their needs."

"Was albe to work with my hands. Enjoy troubleshooting and problems solving. Enjoyed working hard."

"Be prepared to work hard and mostly enjoy the experience and life lessons you will recieve."

"I have no complaints about this employer or my workplace."

"New work every day, working outside, always busy working so the days fly by. when everyone is in a good mood its always a awesome day you actually want to be there."

"be stern on what you want and be open to trying new things, always tell them the truth"
What don't you like about working at Anderson Farms?
"the people are very grumpy, walk into the barn and say good morning no one will take the time of day to even look at you. No one talks face to face it is always behind your back they say something"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be friendlier and out going life is to short, pay more money you have to work 50 hr weeks to even have a half decent pay check, treat everyone equally"
