What don't you like about working at The Burke Center?

"Before I left the position, so many government funds had been cut, and the provision of care was changing due to cuts. I would say in the early years, the service was all about what the families needs were. In the latter years, the budget and funding took more of the forefront."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I know that funding and budgets must be considered, however, I believe the primary focus should continue to be those we serve."
