"Most of the management started off as software engineers, so communication about problems was excellent. We had a variety of interesting projects and it was refreshing to hear about the new technologies other teams were working with."
What don't you like about working at FactSet Research Systems?
"As part of my duties I was required to be on call 24/7. Where as other larger teams had shifts, due to the smaller size of the team I was a part of we were required to be on call consistently. There were a few periods where it was not uncommon to be woken up at 2-3 in the morning several times a week."
