"The opportunities are endless for the right terchnical consultant, but in house, not so much."

What don't you like about working at Experis?

"The is a lack of direction with job responsibilities and they seem unsure as to the direction for certain groups."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would streamline the responsibilities as to be more cost effective."

"I was hired during the start of the pandemic, so this might not be the best perspective; but while on boarding, there was sometimes a lack of communication which left me feeling if I even still had the job at some points. I eventually started to work from home, but the training seemed very unorganized."

"I cant say that I would do anything different at all."

"The Experis company is a fast and growing company in the Game Space. The own the exclusive rights of Testing all games titles put forth by the Microsoft XBox Division of all manually, test assisted, and automated for what was the XBox 360, and now that the XBox 360 is concluded, so has much of the testing for that at Experis, and now with owning the contractual rights to providing the Game Title Certification Testing also for the XBox One, their furture as a company is looking bright indeed."

What do you like about working at Experis?

"Not a lot so far - got me the gig, have pretty much left me alone since then."

"None - just be qualifed and you should do well."

What don't you like about working at Experis?

"Pretty inflexible on rate, bonuses, time-off, or any kind of comp really. A flat, this-is-the-rate, that's-all-we-got kind of experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Top performers generally need a bit more incentive when being wooed."

"I worked with Experis for a year and had nothing but problems in getting paid. I ended up paying credit card bills, from $2k - $6k, out of my own pocket 4 times and waited weeks for reimbursement. They were incompetent at every turn and extremely hard to deal with."
