Exodus Communications was an internet service provider and web hosting service that primarily dealt with dot-com businesses which emerged in the late 90's. The company was founded in 1994 under the original name “Fouress Incorporated”. It then merged with Exodus Communications, a separate business started by the same founders in 1996. The company's original headquarters were based in Sunnyvale, California.
Exodus was a leader in enterprise class web hosting, providing high quality hosting solutions such as managed hosting, dedicated server rental and colocation services.
