in Phoenix, AZ

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"No incentives but wonderful group of people."

What do you like about working at Bowman and Brooke?

"Great group of people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The first interview is with the office manager who will assess your skills. If the office manager finds you qualified, you will be called back to interview with a partner and his/her team. You need to be prepared to answer a variety of questions regarding skills relating to litigation defense, how well you work with others, whether you are comfortable traveling (the majority of the trials are in another state) and if you are experienced with product liability cases especially automotive."

What don't you like about working at Bowman and Brooke?

"Benefits have decreased drastically in the last few years; raises are very small (1 to 3%); and no help with tuition to improve job skills."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to assess job responsibilities of the assistants as they are more concerned about the ratio than the workload."
