"Lack of investments for creating better work. When budgets are requested they are then denied while money is spent on pet projects."

"Don't ask for budgets submissions and then deny everything. Sell the DVD business."

"Be honest and straight up. Trust in your abilities and experience and know that you can make a real difference to the company hiring you and the clients they serve. Park the ego and drive the intellect."

"The company is too small and the specialization provides too little opportunity to have global potential or gearing to make a real impact."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go to a country with a robust, confident and viable healthcare system that recognizes the importance of clinical research for new, advanced technologies and solutions where the intention of the economic process is to improve life for everyone as opposed to confining healthcare to a minimum standard, rather than the maximum."
