"As a start up company, everyone joins the team knowing they are going to be paid less than they might make at a larger, more established search firm. However, the CEO is very generous with bonuses and raises. More than that though, these bonuses and raises are certainly earned and deserved! I have no doubt that as I increase my time here (only just over a year so far), my salary will increase to reflect my accomplishments. I love working here so much that I've turned down multiple offers to work at another company for a significant pay raise of almost $20,000."
