"Great starting position, good for someone looking to break into the field for 1-2 years of experience."

"My workload is far too heavy, and my manager was trying to accomplish too much with the very limited resources at our not-for-profit disposal."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have fewer impromptu meetings, reduce the sheer mass of emails sent everyday internally, which actually puts more pressure on."

What do you like about working at Clemson University?
"The flexibility of my schedule so that I can work around my class but still get all the hours that I wanted to. The people I get to work with on staff and the clients."

"Be ready to work hard and be accommodating to the customers."
What don't you like about working at Clemson University?
"There is really nothing that I dislike about working for Hendrix and Clemson."

"Work in a better way to organize our equipment and better communication lines with the event planners and schedulers."

"Small organization. Roles are not clearly defined and employee time is spread too thin."

"Apply if you are overwhelmingly passionate about libertarian philosophy/maybe a friend of Cato Institute. Expect political tension within the organization, don't expect many perks, promotion, positive feedback or bonuses, unless you exceed above and beyond expectations. On an administrative level, the organization has been a mess for the past two years."
What don't you like about working at Atlas Economic Research Foundation?
"Employers are both micro-managing and difficult, politics makes personalities clash, lack of positive work environment, financial crisis and lack of funding has everyone nervous about their role, career development, and job safety."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More time spent on the well being of employees and their strengths, better feedback, politics and lack of funding within the organization make things difficult."

"Flexibility, pace, exciting, challenging, and being rewarded for a job well done."

"If someone was to ask I would say that being flexible and very diligent about time schedules would be the best asset."
What don't you like about working at Davis Enterprises?
"Part time and not full time. Limited upward mobility. Clients can be indecisive."

"I was very happy with management and don't have any suggestions at this time."
What do you like about working at Rent the Runway ?
"It is based out of New York City, but they recently expanded to have college campus representatives in order to increase awareness and rentals. All of our communication from the bosses is through email or phone conferences."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Lots of energy, good with technology and social, must have good people skills."
What don't you like about working at Rent the Runway ?
"disorganization, since all of the positions at my campus are not filled, we are not able to fulfill the goals because two people, including myself are dividing up 8 peoples jobs between the two of us."

"Make sure that every team has all the positions filled, not having people double up responsibilities."

"I liked the opportunity to travel all over the US. I was allowed to be creative in marketing strategies."

"You must know the mortgage and real estate industry."

"I was never in one place long. You must be a go-getter, be people-oriented, and be diversified."

"Management needs more people involved in emerging markets to continue to target low income to middle class families."
