"I have been working with ERMC for a full year as BHS (Baggage Handling System) Mechanic and Technician. I also worked as a FES Tech doing PM's and required repairs on the PBB (Passenger Boarding Bridges) at Dallas Love Field Airport. The company doesn't reward their employees with raises and the supervisor don't seem to care about his worker's personal life, even saying that personal matters don't mean anything when it comes to business. I want to work for a better company and environment."

"Think twice. If you have any kind of experience or education this is not the company to work for."
What don't you like about working at ERMC Security?
"Owner is very about himself and greasing the palms of his friends and family versus looking out for his employees and front line. Because of this local managers are not able to make decisions, the salary is very substandard and the expectations from the owner are to get more bang for the buck and are not conducive to supporting a family, either financially or in terms of expected work schedule."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Eliminate positions created for friends and family in the corporate office and give that money to the employees in the form of higher salaries and better benefits."
